Regulatory Membership

The Society of Financial Examiners is pleased to offer the membership category of Regulatory Member. This category was established for professional regulators, attorneys, actuaries, market conduct examiners, financial institution professionals, and other positions which assist in the regulatory process who were not able to join otherwise because they have never been financial examiners.

Regulatory Membership gives regulators who support the Society?s objectives, and whose nomination and membership is approved by the Executive Committee, the opportunity to become active participants in the Society of Financial Examiners.

Regulatory Members are entitled to all rights of membership except those related to voting or holding any office within the Society.
