Test Registration Form
SOFE will be delivering the AFE and CFE tests from a new testing site beginning in April, 2012.
Anyone not paying online to take a test and non members taking tests must complete the Test Registration Form. To complete the form, click on the link and print out the form. If paying by check for your test, you must complete the test registration form and mail it to SOFE with your check at least two weeks prior to your test date. This same requirement applies for retests paid by check.
If you are a SOFE member who will be paying by credit card online for your test(s), you will NOT have to complete a Test Registration Form. However, you must still arrange for a SOFE approved proctor to be present during your test(s).
