The room rate is $225 with a discounted $20 amenity fee. Taxes and Fees are 14.5%

The cut-off date for room reservations at the special rate is June 25th, 2026 at 5:00pm EST. Reservation requests received after this date will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates. Link to book your hotel room will be provided in your registration confirmation email.

Hotel reservations must be cancelled 5 days prior to arrival, or forfeit one-night room and tax. Cancellation of room reservations are the responsibility of the attendee.
